Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure timely boarding.

- Bring a windproof jacket, sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen, depending on the weather.
Weather Conditions:
- The cruise is subject to weather conditions. In case of severe weather (such as thunderstorms or strong winds), the operator may cancel or reschedule the trip.
- If a cruise is canceled due to weather, guests can reschedule free of charge or request a full refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure: Free cancellation or reschedule.
Cancellations within 72 hours of departure: Non-refundable; rescheduling may be possible based on availability.
If canceled by the operator due to weather or operational reasons, guests will have the option to reschedule within 12 months or receive a full refund.
No-show or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Additional Notes

Health & Safety: Not recommended for guests with severe motion sickness, pregnancy, or mobility issues. Please consult before booking.
