• Suitable For: Guests aged 5 years and above; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration: Approximately 2 hours (depending on weather and sea conditions).

2. Important Information

• A booking confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation. Please present it to the staff on the day of departure.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure to avoid missing the tour.
• What to Wear:
  • Waterproof jacket or windbreaker (there may be sea spray).
  • Comfortable, secure footwear (avoid sandals or high heels).
  • Sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen).
• Health & Safety Requirements:
  • Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with serious neck/back conditions, or those who have recently undergone surgery.
  • This tour includes high-speed, bumpy rides, which may not be suitable for guests prone to motion sickness or those with medical conditions that restrict sudden movements.
• Weather Conditions:
  • This tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. If strong winds, rough seas, or adverse weather are forecasted, the operator may cancel or reschedule the trip.
  • Whale sightings are not 100% guaranteed, as they are wild animals. However, the operator may offer a "free rebooking" policy if no whales are sighted (refer to operator terms and conditions).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure: Full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure: Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• If the tour is canceled due to weather or sea conditions:
  • Guests can choose a free reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.
  • If no whales are sighted during the tour, the operator may provide one free rebooking (please check operator terms for details).
• Late Arrivals or No-Shows: Will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Additional Notes

• Please ensure you are physically fit for this activity. If you have any medical concerns, consult a doctor before booking.
• Avoid bringing valuable belongings, as there is a risk of water exposure. The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• It is recommended to take motion sickness medication 30 minutes before departure if you are prone to seasickness.
